Dear Guillianna and Elijah –
We are seven days always from the day set aside for giving thanks …. you’ll likely have not school for a few days and who knows , hopefully you’ll spend it with some of dad’s family. We know you have always loved family gatherings and hope you four will have something special to do. Whether you travel and see family or friends, or make a special dinner at home … no matter what your schedule is, we will be thinking of you with so much love, gratitude and wishing that you will know how grateful we are for you-
We gave your mom our very best through her entire life and are grateful for the chance to be her parents – when kids grow up they make their own choices , have their own ideas, based sometimes on things that are not in anyone’s power – and no matter what happens in life we will always “choose love” and be grateful for our family! You two have been a very big part of many lives here in the Mitten – and we can list so many who would say they too are grateful for your smiles and warmth that touched their hearts as well as ours ! Hope you’ll share lots of smiles, love hugs and kisses with mom and dad on this Thanksgiving – and when you think of what you are grateful for – you can be certain … we still feel your love !
