Dear Guillianna and Elijah –
Today was a day for turkey and all the fixings that go with it …( this photo is from last year at Nana’s house when you were there) the food is always something to be grateful for but we also are grateful for family. You are two very special kids who everyone is grateful for the time we were all together . We are all also grateful that you get to have a new kind of Thanksgiving with mom and dad, it will be fun making new Thanksgiving Day memories !
Aunt Allyssa and Uncle Dwan came with Elena , Gray and Cole and uncle Nick, Aunt Liz and Sebastian came too. Great Grandma Sally was able to come as well. Some other family had plans and were just as busy celebrating Turkey day . Came across some photos that popped up on this same date a few years ago ! You lost a tooth ! Look at the adorable photos !
You should have a few more days of Thanksgiving break from school so I hope you are spending it doing favorite things. I went to drop off a piece of art work the other day and saw many of your school friends. They came running to say hi and asked why you don’t visit or write back ? I explained that it’s not your fault at all that you’re so busy! All of them cannot wait til you are able to visit the Mitten again. If that happens we will certainly make sure we plan a huge gathering or do it during a week like Irish week or field day so you can visit. Who knows, right? That’s why we hope and have dreams. It’s always good to wish for and work towards dreams!
They have grown so much. There are a few who are as tall as Nana ! Crazy ! It made me wish I could hug you both please know that with all our heart and soul we love you to the moon and back, forever and always , and we are so grateful to you both for all the love and joy you bring to others every day !
