HALF WAY to ‘R&R’!
Dear Mom and Dad,
We have made it to the FIRST ‘half way’ mark. When we began this trip to Camp Nana and you to the land of sand, we knew that you would get R&R in December. We are still hopeful that you will be here to visit me then. We have made it through February, March, April, May and June. We have made it half way… and I am happy to say, I am okay. For me, I won’t remember any of my stay here at camp, or these months that have passed- nor will I remember the remaining time here. Nana says, it is the two of you who have had to deal with so much. She and I are so proud of you, and well I feel so lucky that you are working on making my little princess dreams become reality. I know Nana is trying to make sure you get to see me each and every day…
So here I am today THE FIRST DAY OF JULY, APPROACHING MY SEVEN MONTH PRINCESS-VERSARY!
I am staying in today, no field trip, and I have much to do at camp. I love my little jumperoo. So many things to play with, and look at me reaching… it is a skill I have mastered in the past few weeks and not only can I reach for things, I switch them from one hand to the other. I have been able to do this for a bit, but now I do it with a purpose, and “pick” one toy over another.
More of me…
I hope both mommy and daddy had a good day, and please remember that I am doing okay here in Michigan. My snuffy nose is better, the humidifier helped. More of me, here I am thinking about you guys…
I have the cutest little fingers… not to mention some pretty amazing blue eyes and kissable cheeks, but again, you already knew that…
I love you both very much, and hope you have good dreams about me tonight, I am sending you all my love, and as always am your Little Miss Adorable, your daughter,
Guillianna! P.S. All my Aunts and my Uncle went with Poppy tonight to help Ms. Pat. They came home so happy to spend the evening with her… even though it was a very hard day for her. Nana and I were at camp, but our hearts are always with Ms. Pat. We hope to see her on Saturday, my princess-versary… for flagging and spreading wishes for Mommy and Daddy to be home home soon!
