Field Trip AGAIN!

Dear Mom and Dad,
Today we made another trip to the post office (because Nana attempted to go on MLK day where all Federal offices are closed!) Today however they were open and yes there was quite a line!   But we accomplished our goal!  I had a busy day since I went for the photoshoot you and daddy wanted for my birthday  –  my one year old photos that I was not too interested in taking when you came to camp on leave.   It was spectacular… I was adorable, and quite the ‘little smiler’…  THE PROOFS WILL BE READY IN A WEEK OR SO, AND NANA WILL PUT THEM UP FOR YOU TO CHOOSE, THEN WHEN YOU COME TO GET ME THEY WILL BE READY!   The photos you and daddy took are awesome, and the photos that I let him take with the three of us, well they are awesome too.   You will see soon as we pick up today’s proofs.

Afterward,  I went to lunch with Poppy he stopped and we ate fast –  between his two offices.  I had fun!  I ordered my first grilled cheese sandwich and loved it.   I think I will be quote a little mall shopper when I get bigger, cause I could have stayed there all day!

So once again,  Mom and Dad, I am hoping my photos brighten your day!  I am doing great and preparing for all the things we have in store for ourselves.  I have first trips to the dentist, and first days of school to look forward to.  I have my first corn on the cob, or my first visit from the tooth fairy.   We  have learning to use the potty, and ballet classes.  So many many things….we will be able to do.   So sleep tonight knowing that I love you both, and as always, I am your Little Miss Adorable, your sweet daughter,

Guilllianna!  (P.S. YES THIS IS DROOL, AND YES I AM POTENTIALLY GETTING MORE TEETH… NOT FUN! Yet have a big day tomorrow, don’t worry I will tell you all about it…tomorrow.

ITS MLK DAY IN THE STATES…

Dear Mom and Dad…

So today Nana bundled me up, and we were off…she was on her way to the post office.  SILLY NANA, IT’S MLK DAY IN THE STATES, and that means the post office was closed.   Oh well, Nana it is okay.   I like field trips!   Even if they are a silly “goose chase”.   Here she was trying to help Poppy out, by saving him a trip… and here is the funny part… SEE THE CAMPERS WERE ALL OFF OF SCHOOL except Uncle Nick.   The university was closed for MLK day, and so Nana thought since she had help she would save Poppy a trip to the post office.. YEA… YOU ARE PROBABLY SAYING… SHE SHOULD HAVE PUT TWO AND TWO TOGETHER… BUT NO…It’s  Jello I tell you… it’s all jello-y mush up there in Nana’s brain.   But she is always crackin’ me up with silly stuff…. so why not this.

I had a great day though, Aunt Arrianna stayed and played with me all day.  (yet another little MLK hint to Nana CLEARLY MISSED)

How about this hair… it is growing and I am as adorable as can be!  Maybe even getting a few more teeth!  Yippee!   Oh how I look forward to that AGONY!  Not!  But I will do it, because Nana says, everyone counts, and I will use them to be able to eat all kinds of things… so … bring it on!   I AM READY!

Play time, and learning time at camp seem to go hand in hand… so many educational toys, and so much to learn.  I am in a phase right now where the dogs and cats…are all called CAT.   I’m sure it will pass, but CAT is my favorite word to say… over and over and over… THAT AND BOB!

I am geting so big, can you believe this littel table belonged to mommy and the Auntie campers long ago..

Now … it is mine to hang out at..and I like it!

YOU KNOW  I TOO HAVE A DREAM…

I am dreaming of having a tea party with Mommy and Daddy at this little table when they come to pick me up!  WHEN THEY ARE ALL DONE IN THE LAND OF SAND AND HOME SAFE WITH ME… THAT IS MY DREAM FOR NOW.   Yes, MLK had a dream… we all have dreams… Nana says that she hopes all the dreams of her campers come true, and that all people could live in peace!    She is a hopeless romantic, bucket of mush.  Yep –  WORLD PEACE… she said it… cornball that she is… she says it’s always a good thing to have hope.    WHAT A “NANA” THING TO SAY.

Well, I bet Nana will find her head tomorrow, of that you can be sure.  It is also likely that I will be cute and adorable tomorrow again.   I hope you and dad are well, and that you know I am as always, your Little Miss Adorable, your daughter,

Guillianna!  (HEY NANA, I AM DOING MY PART… look at THIS SMILE -THIS FACE – HOW BOUT IT… WORLD?   HOW ABOUT A LITTLE WORLD PEACE FOR ALL OF US BABIES!  YEAH! )

MOMMA CALLED…

Hi Mom and Dad,

Thankfully Nana got Momma’s call today… glad to hear you are okay!  Your birthday is coming…how exciting!  I hope you get our care package by your birthday!    You will be surprised!  Sad news for dad however, his San Diego Chargers lost.

Here I am watching them lose… and then…. when it was done I did what any good San Diego fan would..

I first tried with the remote…

and when I could not exactly remember which button did the magic trick..

I decided to just for for the real deal…and use the master button!

I can’t help but think of the things I will so be able to get int0, ooops I mean that I’ll be able to do!

I had a great day at camp, afterall it is Sunday.   I am trying to say so many things.  I am really quite vocal….. I talk loudly when I want something!  Very loud!   It is fun to get people to respond….

I am so busy these days…..on the go… and so inquisitive!   I can get into everything now (and fast)… which is “fun  – fun –  fun” (not only for me but for Nana, I am going to get her out of that NO FUN NANA SHELL you watch and see!)  I think I will be Nana’s personal trainer for a while.  I bet I can get her in better shape!  This Tuesday Nana takes me back to the photographer you and daddy wanted to have my photo’s done with.  He was out of town but is back and this was his first opening.  I will send you the proofs as soon as I can… until then you will have to see me with NANA PHOTOGRAPHY!

I look forward to  you and Dad coming back soon, and we can romp and play together.  It’ll be great.  Here I am looking pretty big… when you think about how it seems like just yesterday that all I could do is lay flat!

You can always look back at my photos, last Feb, March, April, May…

I am just laying around…

still adorable it is true,

but really…. I am amazing everyone at how much I have learned… and how fast time if flying by!

Now… laying around is something I am just SOOOO NOT INTO….

I had pizza tonight… and while it was mostly just the bread of the deep dish… ah yea that stuff is mmm… delish!

I ate carrots, pasta, pizza and drank from my sippy cup water, love apple juice, and yes still VERY attached to the BOB especially at that last feeding…

Other than that there was not much shakin’ at Camp Nana… ho hum, we start again  –  a new week tomorrow…

and well best I can say about that is…

ONE MORE WEEK DOWN… AND WE ARE A WEEK CLOSER THAN WE WERE TO THE MY DAY… the wonderful and super spectactular day that I like to call  ‘Guillianna and the great super fantabulous, most utterly  most perfect  EVER day’ where we are reunited and Camp is over! (unless momma gets redeployed one day of course) SO COME ON NEW WEEK  BRING IT ON, I AM READY TO LEARN AND PLAY THE DAYS AWAY!  Until tomorrow,  I am as always your,

 Little Miss Adorable,

Guillianna!

P.S.

Hey….

Cuz Missy, any luck moving California a little closer to Michigan yet?  I sit and ponder the ways… I am only going to be here for a matter of days anyway… so mabe depending where we get stationed, you may not have to pick up California and move her too far?

Another Happy Day!

Dear Mom and Dad:

So today was the day that Nana rescheduled Aunt Alyxandra’s physical with her doctor,  from when she had to cancel during your visit  in December.  Doesn’t it just figure you called when we were there!  So sorry but Nana tries to be at everyones disposal at all times and finds she is falling short!

Uncle Nick drove us to the doctor and Nana who cannot easily go to medical places  (cause of the latex allergy) just helped register Aunt Alyx then she, Uncle Nick  and I stayed in the car so I would have to go inside the medical building and risk exposure to any potential ‘sick folks’ in the waiting room. So we waited  – and when Aunt Alyx was done, we then went back to camp.

Nana says sorry she couldn’t let me talk on speaker like at camp when you call but she tells me you will call tomorrow.

I had a great day at camp! I hope all is well!

If the saying is true, that YOU ARE ONLY AS HAPPY AS YOUR MOST UNHAPPY CHILD  well then…

Nana says it is true…

She  says she is only as happy as her most “unhappy” child,

no matter what goes on in life… seeing her kids happy, makes her happy.

Here I am today –   HAPPY!… and until tomorrow Mom and Dad, I am as always, your LITTLE MISS ADORABLE, YOUR SWEET DAUGHTER….

Guillianna!
