To all my loyal readers, IF you like my “Patriotic Stick” pose, leave me a comment…. the colors washed out a bit in tranferring the photos, but the face is all me, and in person they are just GORGEOUS! I am taking care of things here at camp while you and dad are away…. Uncle Nick coined the phrase ‘Patriotic Stick’… and Nana… has carried the torch FOR SOME TIME… BUT Now I am 🙂 What do you think? This is my 364th entry… now my anniversary for coming to camp is actually FEB 15, 2oo9, but Nana started my love letters in the few days before as we prepared for my journey…. I AM SO PREPARED FOR A CUPCAKE CELEBRATION! I can hardly wait…. SUNDAY IS VALENTINE’S DAY, AND THE FOURTEETH IS CERTAINLY CLOSE ENOUGH TO CELEBRATE WITH ALL MY FELLOW CAMPERS…. So I look forward to CUPCAKE SUNDAY!

Here I am playing today, fEBRUARY 10, 2010 at Camp Nana… feeling like such a big girl. Happy and having a blast!

So today the snow storm made it possible for all the campers to see me swim. All classes at every school in the county were cancelled, but swim school open, go figure? It was really fine though by the class at night the roads were perfectly cleared and we had no difficulty getting there. BUT I CAN TELL YOU THIS… Poppy, Nana, and Aunt Mikayla, Aunt Allyssa, Aunt Alyx and Aunt Arri… I had cuz Brit, and Great Aunt Pam there… I think it may have been the largest group of spectators ever at a GOLDFISH MINI SWIM CLASS. I know all the other Mini Parents come just to see me too…. (just kidding, I am sure they want to see my fellow minis swim too) but I really had fun. I love the water, and want you to see what PROUD looks like again, I am one proud little MINI.

Here I am sliding down the slide into Poppy’s arms, I go under water, and actually today, I LOVED IT EVEN MORE THAN USUAL.

Not only was I brave, but, if you look at my next photos, I LOOK PROUD!

I hope you enjoyed my one year old photos…. I know I had fun taking them. I hope you also enjoyed my photos of the day…. some playing and some swimming! THIS LOVE LETTER IS JAM PACKED WITH GUGE – A – RIFFIC STUFF JUST FOR YOU AND DADDY! Hoping all is well in the land of sand. I have grown so much in 300 plus days…. and cannot wait to spend at least seventeen more YEARS with you and daddy. Wow 17 YEARS IS WELL…. HMMM that is lot’s and lot’s of days, but once you get to be eighteen, I hear college and stuff like that will start taking me away a while… and one day, I too – will come back to you and dad, and hopefully I will have carried on with the patriotic stick Nana has given me, carry on with all you and daddy teach me, and bring to the world …. something that was not here before I came…..make it just a little bit nicer, a little bit sweeter, and bring a little bit of COMPASSION to someone in in need…. until tomorrow, I love you both, and as always, I am your Little Miss Adorable, your daughter, and Nana’s sweet little patritotic stick….
