Dear Mom and Dad,
It is so hard for all the campers to believe that I am preparing to go. They all feel like I just got here…. probably because I am so DARN CUTE AND SO ADORABLE! I am so excited to see you and Daddy! Here I am at camp today…. playing and having a good time! Waiting with GREAT ANTICIPATION TO SEE YOU BOTH!
Monday’s here at camp are odd because every one really puts in a long day. They go to work and school early, and they don’t get home until late. Mondays have become my rehearsal day… yep, singing ALLLLLL DAY… NANA SINGING 🙁 So, I was thinking, stop the singing by playing with the KITTY. I would play with the kitty AND NANA WOULD NOT SING… I went walking over….(how cool is that to say) yea so I went walking over to play with the kitty…
What do you mean you don’t want to play with me…. hey, I THOUGHT THE KITTY WOULD STAY AND PLAY!
Worse news… tomorrow is DOCTOR DAY! Yep, IMMUNIZATION DAY! My fifteen month check up. Nana says it is her ‘least favorite babysitting thing” to do since it makes me cry and we all know NANA DOES NOT LIKE IT WHEN I AMNOT HAPPY, BUT SHE DOES take me for shots, and despite her not wanting me to be unhappy we seem to still go… hmmmm, you would think she could be a slacker in this department, but NO… THEN EVEN MORE NOT SO EXCITING NEWS…. I GET TO GO BACK again FOR MY 18 MONTH EXAM! What? When does this well baby and shot thing stop I wonder?… only three months in between. Well at least I can hope to go with Mom and Dad, and who knows maybe the new pediatrician in TEXAS WILL BE MORE FUN! Nana (no fun Nana going and burstin’ my bubble already) says not to count on it…. that baby shots are baby shots in just about any state in the USA, she even says I’m lucky? LUCKY TO GET SHOTS? But you know Nana, she says we are lucky that we have the medicine we have to keep babies healthy and strong. She says I am lucky because Mom and Dad want the best for me. EVEN IF IT MEANS WELL BABY CHECKS AND SHOTS… Yukko! ON A BRIGHTER NOTE…. Great Grandma and Great Papa will return soon! Fantabulous news… and it means we will have some time together before I leave camp!
I am doing good other than my chronic insomnia. I hope to have it undercontrol sometime soon, but just incase, be prepared for less sleep Mom and Dad… I really am up and down a lot especially lately… I was doing better, but maybe just maybe…it’s more teeth… time will tell.
