The crazy thing about love is – when it’s the kind of love that a Poppy and Nana have for their grandchildren it is a love that can’t go away just because you can’t see us, or hear us, we love you and are wishing for you to make every day great and special. We hope it will be a fantastic day despite any fear you may feel that we all forgot or that we have not called. We love you both so very much. We also wish everyone especially adults – could see truth of the pure, honest, genuine, love that exists here. Or explain to us what happened that could ever warrant this kind of action. The human mind as you were once told by your mom -is not something that we cannot see it’s thoughts or understand the complexity of what someone is thinking or why – but we have not and will not, give up hope and the belief in the good, the joy, the happiness that is wished for both of you as well as mom and dad. ALL of the rest of those in the Mitten who love you – will always wish for you both to be healthy and happy.
We are remembering the many fun and happy years we had with you both with a full heart. Your journey as the children of a soldier mom could lead you so many places. No matter where you go our love will follow-, even when you feel we are not there, or miss us being at all your events … we are ABSOLUTELY loving you both and thinking of you with hope, hugs and a sense of great pride in all you do-

Dear Guillianna and Elijah,
Hope you have had a great Monday. Nana and Poppy are so excited since this is the week we can imagine how you will all celebrate Guillianna being born. This is always a time where we used to decorate for the holiday and so many festivities began. Today I will send you some pics that you may think to yourself… I remember this…. or maybe it will make you smile to just think of the fun and laughter. I hope you will begin so many new holiday traditions and that your home is bubbling with birthday and holdiay fun.
We love you both so very much. Hope you will have a special day tomorrow and always remember to stay sweet, be kind, continue loving and work so hard to grow and make good choices. Dear Guillianna and Elijah:
Here is a photo of what I was doing last year this time according to my image memories. Someone was going to have a birthday party ! We sure did have fun baking didn’t we. Eli and you always had your own mixing bowls and I don’t think we could count the number of times we worked with baking real food or even when we would get creative with play dough ! 
We have a busy weekend ahead and yet we will surely think of you since so many events at this time of year are connected to memories of All kinds of holiday fun.
I wish for you both to have a great first weekend in the festive month of DECEMBER !
