Sunday February 15th… Travel day!

Does it get any better than this?Dear Mom and Dad, I tried to get to this letter before midnight, but with all my travels, I didn’t quite make it.   I am safely in Michigan.  Crazy huh… this morning I was a Texan, for lunch I was Georgian, and now… the people here say “MICHIGANDER”…. or if you can believe it, a “Michiganian” .  Don’t you believe that for a second… you guys know I am just plain  PRINCESS.     I slept from Fort Hood all the way to Altanta… (like a baby ha ha) and everyone on the plane did in fact recognize me as a Princess….  had a good lunch and was off on another plane.   This time, I sat up and we watched television, and looked around the entire trip…. and you know what I didn’t even cry once…. partially because, I am so awesome, and also because if I even started to remind everyone just who the princess is… Pops got up and we walked around showing my cute self off… next thing you know I was in the land of  COLD.     Wow…. let me just tell you… it was a bit chilly in Michigan but mom prepared me well and I had everything I needed.

So I am sending you this love letter today to say don’t be scared dad, I know you too have a big trip planned today.   As a matter of fact you will be leaving soon and I wanted to say have a safe trip and remember I love you.   Chances are, you won’t need a snow suit where you are going, but,  if you do, I would lend you mine…. beware however it is not designed for the open roamy style I usually love…  those things are not designed for agility.   Tell mom that that loving to be naked thing, I usually love… well it may have to be on hold for a while here cause it is COLD here and Nana has me bundled up like an Eskimo…

I am doing good, and I miss you both… very much… will write more soon, going to rest a while before I start my first full day in the north… send hugs and kisses to mom, and Aunt Sam and Cody, and my California grandparents… I promise to keep in touch and let you know what is shakin’ in Michigan.   I am loving all of you,

Little Miss Adorable, your daughter
