A Contribution by Little Miss Adorable!

Looking at my Mommy's photo in Poppy's office.... She is soooo little! Daddy loves her bangs!

Dear Mom and Dad…

Today was a field trip to Poppy’s office.   You see a few years ago, Poppy opened an office.   For many years he always worked for someone else so that he could take care of bringing mommy and her sisters here to America.  Having an instant family of eight made it so he worked two jobs.  Then when Nana got sick, she wasn’t helping too much and promised him if she could she would make him a place to call his own.   About three years ago when she was helping him find a place to open an office, they didn’t have much in the way of extra money so there was much in the past three years to get done.  TODAY I MADE A CONTRIBUTION TO POPPY’S OFFICE.   Nana says, mommy will remember when Nana photographed the feet of all the girls, and put it up as a picture in Poppy’s office, now MY FEET are on the wall too!

How cool is that!  Here is how I spent my day..

Look Mom, I could put my feet like that too.... but Nana gave me my own photo shoot!

Here I am taking over as boss, sitting in Poppy’s chair in his office.   He is so busy he never gets to sit anyway… so… I will take it as my own… A chair fit for a Princess don’t you agree?

Whose the boss now, huh? ME!

I showed you on Saturday the photos Nana took of my toes… now they are famous toes like Mommy’s and her sisters…. look at the donations I have made to Poppys office… you’ll see…. they are …(let’s say it together) ADORABLE…

Me auditioning for a part.... AND I GOT IT! The entire radiology room, MINE ALL MINE!

So, what do you do with all your shoes when you out grow them?  Ask Nana, she knows…

My first Nike shoes, my first rain boots... too small, but now adorn the room!

All of my too small shoes are now decor for Poppy’s radiology room, as well as some awesome photos of my toe toes…

Look me holding my toes.... so cute!

There are four different photos of my feet, and shoes every where!

Shoe tree... get it ... a shoe tree.... full of GUGU shoes!

My party shoes, my Vans..... oh, I miss them, but it is for a good cause..

While Nana had a plan for my CONTRIBUTION to Poppy’s office, I had some exploring to do… and here is what I spent most of my time doing, first I studied with Uncle Nick and my Aunts –  Studied….

Where oh where is the land of sand?

Where is the land of sand?  ARE YOU KIDDING ME… there is a lot of blue between me and you!   Wow…  that makes could make a princess want to visit her mom and dad, but Nana says, not the place for wee ones…instead we went on a mission to find photos of mommy!  Look what I found..  Nana said Daddy said he will send some photos of both he and mommy but for now… well, this is my Momma…

Look who I found...KISS KISS!

My mom.... HUG!

I could get a job at Poppy’s… what do you think?

I can help .... I may be small, but I am very very bright and mighty!

Baby Crocklike Sandals... cute! But too small...

By the the time I finished my expedition all my photos, and shoe donations… well it was finally finished…

Here are some lovely sandals..

Nana has them on display!

Princess Gugu’s Shoes…

Here are the last few…

and how it looks from a distance…

Black patent sandals... every infant needs a pair.... NOT, NEVER EVEN WORN, BUT A VERY CUTE GIFT!

Uncle Nick and all My Aunts have worked on this since June 20th... I came out great! So the project started with my fellow campers working crazy to suprise Poppy when he traveled in late June for his parents anniversary and Cousin Missy’s birthday, but today a month later, the job is done… from cutting wood, sanding, priming, painting, and EVERYTHING ELSE, I can now officially take credit for it all SINCE IT IS MY ADORABLE LITTLE SHOES, AND TOES THAT MAKE THE WHOLE ROOM SCREAM…. the ‘Guge’ was here….

I am always, your little Miss! xoxoxox Mom and Dad!

I love you mom and dad… and we will talk soon, as always, Little Miss Adorable, your daughter,

Me and a Princess phone! How perfect is that...

At The End Of The Rainbow…

Road Trip.... Dear Mom and Dad,

As you know I went with Nana and Poppy to take care of some family business up in Northern Michigan!    Here I am in the car on the way there.   It was not a fun trip for Nana, she was going to the home her parents lived in, and she had hoped it would stay in the family, but things are such that it had to be sold.  Saying good bye is hard I hear, and thats why I, being the little spirit stick I am, cheered up Nana all day!

With a smile like this... well how can you not smile back... and believe me, I make everyone smile.

Here is a photo from Great Grandmas house, it looks out over the lake, my mommy used to swim with her sisters in this lake, and spent time up at this house with her Grandma… Camp GrandmaSALLY!  It was always a wonderful place to visit…Nana says you learned sewing, and went swimming , went for cherries, and ice cream… so many fun things… for now though it was,  ‘GOOD BYE CAMP GRANDMA  SALLY!’ and thank you for a life time of memories, and memories that have now been passed down two generations!

Saying good bye!

Great Grandma Sally had a garden she worked in all the time, and Nana took a few pictures of her flowers so that she could see them one last time..

Pretty flowers... bloom everywhere in Great Grandma's Garden!

Grumpy had this garden planted for Great Grandma… it was a beautiful gift and so I am ‘letting’ Nana, put them on my website.  My Mommy used to visit Great Grandma and helped with her garden when she was small…

So many kinds of flowers...

and so many colors… I LOVED THE COLORS, and as you know love being outside, so … this was a nice treat.

We stopped and had lunch out on our way home...

On the drive back, (which by the way was FOUR and A HALF HOURS EACH WAY IN THE CAR SEAT… CAN YOU SAY NUMB BUTT) It was a long way to go for a day trip, but Poppy had work Saturday and again on Monday, so we had to do it on Sunday… it went well, and we made it safe – Poppy took Nana and I to lunch.  It was nice, spending time with me, well let’s just say it always cheers up Nana and everyone around us!  Here I am being my adorable self.

Me and my Nikon Photo Op! The Black Beast and I.... well, no explanation needed.I am conspiring here… how I can get into trouble…

It is written on my face…

I have the lens cap AGAIN… now lets see… where can I hid it?

Hee hee hee….

Can you see it in my eyes…

T r o u b l e !

I am so hungry I could eat the plate, hey maybe I will...

Then it was back to Camp Nana, and as we approached camp, there was a beautiful rainbow.  Maybe you don’t remember, but back in the end of March into early April, I joked that I was your little POG.   Another one of my little acronyms for YOUR LITTLE POT OF GOLD!   So be sure to know mom and dad, I came back to the end of the rainbow, where I will wait as your little POG until you come and pick me up.  Until then, I will continue to play constantly, and be continuously CUTE!

This toy Elmo talks.. and when Elmo talks, I listen!

Nana got Mommy’s email, and understands what you explained in your note to her.. she is glad everything is good, and also Mom and Dad, I know you are not allowed to comment or sometimes cannot comment on my love letters, due to security purposes, but I WILL KEEP SENDING THEM TO YOU… in the hope it makes your days better, and brighter, until you come back to me.  Until tomorrow, please know, I am your Little Miss Adorable, your litle POG, your daughter,

I love this guy....

Guillianna!

My toes…

I thought she was so silly, taking pictures of toes... it cracked me right up!

Dear Mom and Dad…

Today is Saturday, July 18th, and I miss you and love you both very much.   I am happy to hear you have a few much needed  days together  there in the land of sand.  I helped Nana out today, and was a model for some photos she needed of PRINCESS FEET.  Yes, I know it sounds so weird, but … we are talking about Nana.  She wanted to take some photos of my toes!    Here are a few samples…

Some in Black and White....

Black and white, others were in color, but all were for Poppy’s office.  Nana has decorated an entire room, with Guillianna feet…. so silly.

and from every angle!

So silly huh... but she likes them...When the room is finished she will take a photo for you to see… the room ALL ABOUT ME!

Or my princess feet anyway!

Today, we are going up to into northern Michigan, for Great Grandma Sally… a quick trip to check out some details of the home she is selling. It is very sad, since Nana always thought this home would be in the family for generations.   But Nana says life doesn’t always work out the way we hope.  So I am riding up there to be a little spirit stick for Nana.  I make her smile all the time…. so today will be no different.   All the other campers are staying at camp to help with the zoo Nana runs, and to just have a nice day without Nana and Poppy around… chances are they will miss me so much that they won’t know what to do with themselves…. and they will sit around being bored and crying that I am not there to make them smile…. (or they will be having a Nana’s gone party complete with popcorn, soda and movies all night long!)

I am being sweet and adorable today and every day!

I know they will miss pampering my little butt, but I will be back…

before they know it, I will be demanding some attention from each of them, and it will be as if I never left camp.

I am posting this little photo, so that before they tuck themselves in, and before you two go to sleep, you can plant a kiss on my MOST KISSABLE cheeks…

Until tomorrow Mom and Dad, please know I love you, and I am always YOUR LITTLE MISS ADORABLE, YOUR LITTLE PRINCESS, YOUR DAUGHTER….

Guillianna!

 Guillianna!

I have a ‘date’… yes I do!

LMA ready for a dinner date with her Great Papa and Great GGma!

Dear Mom and Dad,

I had an awesome day at camp.   Nana talked with my social worker in San Diego and since I am doing so well, I don’t really need a case manager, A SOCIAL CALENDAR MAYBE, but no social worker.   I hope Ms. Carolyn keeps in touch though, she was very nice to Nana, and helped me with all kinds of things… THANK YOU MISS CAROLYN for helping my Nana take care of me while my mom and dad are in the land of sand.

Today, we had to go get something at the store for Poppy’s office, and I got a new pair of baby sunglasses out of the deal… while this is not my best pose, it does show the adorableness of my new shades…and they will be totally awesome to wear when Nana is popping the black beast in my face repeatedly…

Uh, yea they are rose colored glasses... and Poppy says ALWAYS LOOK AT THINGS THRU ROSE COLORED GLASSES... makes the bumps in the road a bit easier... what ever that means....

As usual, NO FUN NANA, or NFN as she is now being called… takes them away as fast as I get them on… doesn’t want me to hurt myself, poke out an eye, or have my princess vision obscured or strained… GEE WIZ NANA… I am laying in the arms of a fellow camper my hands not able to even touch the adorable glasses, and based on the blinding flash that keeps going off, they are probably protecting my vision, not hurting it… but “C’est la vie” ( yes I now speak French) … they were gone before I even got a chance to give them a real work out….

To top off my day, I had a date!  Yes Mom and Dad you heard right, and you heard it from me first…here I am picking some flowers for my date…I picked them from Camp Nana, and loved that they didn’t cost a thing!  I am a frugal princess…to be added to my list of other wonderful qualities, like, well mannered, sweet, and let us not forget…ADORABLE!

Hmmmm which one should I pick to give my date?

I was simple gorgeous, and ready to go…

Friday night has already become quite the night for a princess like me…

No sitting at camp alone..

I got a call, and well my calendar was open…. so I said …’hmmm, a date, who me?, well sure, I’d love to….!

I mean, you know, my parents are away… and I have some time before they come back…. why not!   I decided, they wouldn’t want me at camp… listening to Nana sing… no they would say… Gugu Bee… you go and live it up a bit!

So… I am ready for my DATE… want to see…

I look like a princess don't I...?Doesn’t this just scream PRINCESS!

I have on little satin bloomers…

and yes … my trademark ruffled socks with my black patent party shoes… (which Nana failed to capture here…)

But once again the word adorable comes to mind when I see myself in the “beast”, or Mr. Nikon for those of you who don’t know who the beast is!

Look, I am sitting by myself... so good now.. and talking with my hands!

I am getting so good at sitting up on my own… according to the pediatrician I am doing good for my ‘adjusted’ age, and in the next weeks, I will be doing more of this.   I have an excercise class I will be taking on Thurdays…. and my GMP, or Goldfish Mini Partner, will become my GMP  which on THURSDAYS WILL MEAN GYMBOREE MAN PARTNER!  Ha… which makes this again my acronym for Uncle Nick these days, he will be my partner in class while I practice working on motor skills for crawling and stuff.   He doesn’t yet answer to GMP, but we are working on it…

I swear, I will be good on my date, Nana has not changed much since Mommy was a kid... TRUST ME... SHE HAS EARNED THE NAME 'No Fun Nana'

So… after I spend all this time getting ready… (which, I must say in a house where the girls out number the boys quite significantly, I get ready the quickest..)  I then went on my date… a very respectable and kind man, if I do say so myself, and his beautiful wife…..

My date(s).... DID YOU THINK NO FUN NANA WOULD EVER LET ME DO ANYTHING CRAZY OR WILD... NOT A CHANCE...can we all say OVERPROTECTIVE!

Me out on DATE NIGHT, with my DATE(S).   All the campers and I, got to see my Great Papa, and GGma, it was awesome!  I was just teasin’ ya!

Ha ha ha ha ha .... I am a laugher.... and so funny that I crack myself up!

Did I make you smile Mom and Dad… because as your own personal little spirit stick, it is my little princess job to make you smile..

At the very least,

I totally crack myself up..

Before I leave you this evening…

I have just a few more photos to show you…

So here I am …

Here I am at dinner! Notice the bib!

I LOVE MY DADDY AND I LET EVERY ONE ON DATE NIGHT KNOW IT!

I love my Mommy! and, just to be fair, Nana brought along TWO bibs, just make certain you both remember,

I am today, and always,
