December 23rd turned into December 24th

Dear Mom and Dad,

It is approaching 2:00 am here in the Mitten State, and Nana just got started on my Wednesday December 23rd love letter…WHICH MEANS, TWO LOVE LETTERS WILL BE HEADING YOUR WAY THIS DAY!   First this one, and later tonight… while Santa is out and about delivering gifts, Nana will send you another LOVE LETTER.   She says she is sorry that todday/Dec. 23rd’s letter was so late, she is old and time got away from her.

But as she has promised, here were the photos of me for December 23rd…

I was into discovery today… all about fiber optics…

I went to get groceries today, and out for lunch with Nana, Uncle Nick and Aunt Mikayla.  The other campers had to work but will get a few days off starting tomorrow December 24 and December 25th!   Every place is so busy with the hustle and bustle of the season, and we had a nice lunch, and fun day.   Here I am having a blast with Aunt Arrianna and Aunt Alyxwhen they came back to camp from work.

As you can see, Life is Good here at camp… and we are laughing and playing just like you would want …. smiles and fun for the little princess, your Little Miss Adorable,

Sorry to all my Mini friends for not having been at class …. first it was that I needed some special time with Mom and Dad, and now, I hear that my next session is next WEDNESDAY, so to all my mini’s have a very happy holiday, and know I miss you all!

Goldfish Mini? Oh My!

Dear Mom and Dad,

I am glad to see you’re safely arrived in your destination.   I spent the day doing my usual.  Playing… and more playing.   I have been waiting to go to Goldfish Mini, but with the all the hustle and bustle of the holiday, we may not be able to go.  Uncle Nick has a friend coming in for Christmas and they are going to see Red Wing hockey.   Poppy has to work, so we will see if he finishes, but since I missed so many classes,  (3) I am hoping that my mini’s won’t have forgotten me.  If Poppy gets his work done, he will have me there! 

Now Nana figures I spent ten months at camp, and now we are only looking at a few more… WE ARE GETTING SO CLOSE.  I came at 7 weeks, and am now a year and a few weeks!   We could be looking at about 100 days or so.    She is sorting out all my toys, and getting ready to pack up ones that I am too little for  or that I have out grown, right now  – just like her and mommy discussed.   When you and daddy get your orders in January she will ship them to our address accordingly.   Until then  –  we will keep our eye on the prize and we will see that at the end of the tunnel there  is something special.  Look and see who awaits you and daddy at the end of your tunnel!

I have a mouth full of teeth now… and seems that I am not teething like I was.   I have had several days without any Tylenol, and really seems I will get a bit of a reprieve from the agony associated with those pesky teeth.

Last night, however, I was awake ALL NIGHT I fell asleep for two hours at 4:30am and then went back to sleep until 8:30ish….  and NO there is no explanation for why.  I sat up, and then laid down, and was rocked and was strolled… and nothing kept me sleeping for more than a few minutes.   Nana will let you know if it was just a restless night, or if I am cooking up a cold or something.  I have no fever, and I was just given the ‘GOOD NEWS’ check up a week ago.. so… it’s probably more than likely just that I had a restless night.  Maybe all the Holiday bustle has me excited.

In other camp news, Cuz Nanc did good with her surgery, and Missy left Nana a message that she too did okay with school.   Nana will call her back, but was crazy busy today.  As you can tell even my love letter was very late!   

Until tomorrow Mom and Dad, know that I am having a blast… playing hard with with the campers, and missing you both.   Nana is showing me photos, and I am sweet and as always, your Little Miss Adorable, your daughter,

Hide-N-Seek!

Dear Mom and Dad, 

We are hoping all is well.

I have been playing HIDE-n-SEEK WITH THE CAMPERS….  I don’t hide, I just seek… it is always so fun…when I find them…

Here,  Aunt Mikayla is hiding and I AM SEEKING HER…

AND then… I think I am almost there…

Oh my, I am getting closer and closer, and I think just maybe…

I WIN… I FOUND HER!  I love this game!

Tomorrow is the Tuesday, and my cuz Nanc is having surgery.  All of the campers and I know you and dad too, send our best wishes for a successful surgery and speedy recovery.   ‘Cause when she is beter Nana says, I can play hide-n-seek with her!

Yep, even Mr. Griff likes to try and hide… but… two hundred pounds of dog  doesn’t hide very easily…

All is well here at camp.  I am doing good, and being loved a whole bunch!

Well, Mom and Dad, I hope you have had good traveling weather.   Places here in the states, have been a mess due to major snow, and I hear that Chicago area is going to get a bad storm with Michigan getting enough potentially for a White Christmas…. if so, I will have the campers make me a snow man and take a photo with it.  Until tomorrow, please remember, I am your Little Miss Adorable, your daughter,

Moo, Baaaah, and Grrrrrrrrr….

Dear Mom and Dad,

So as you know I am mastering my animal sounds.   Youv’e witnessed my MOO, my Baaaahhhhh…. and that I can do the horse too.  You saw me learning my tiger ‘grrrrrrrrrr’ and now we are working on the ‘ribit’ of the Frog, the ‘tweet’ of the Bird, the ‘fishy’ face and the monkey sound!   I am enjoying the campers time off from school, and they are working me as if I am still in school with all these new sounds and talents that I am discovering.  

I am feeling better from my shots, it doesn’t seem like my little legs are tender, or my arm.  No fever, and no real sign of any adverse reactions….however Nana still thinks I may be fighting a cold…. but it is good that I have been able to fight it… and not just get sick.    

I played all day…. and I had a very good day.  

I hope you arrive in your destination safely… I don’t know what day you will arrive there but know that everyone here is thinking of you.  Nana finally finished the last of the holiday cards, and my birthday thank you notes… so she will mail them all tomorrow and hope they get where they need to be as soon as possible.    Please know that there are so many she wishes she could have sent, but I am keeping her hands full and busy most of the time, so few cards seemingly got done… and she hopes that a great many friends and family will understand that she didn’t get everything done this year in time for the holidays…. As for the thank you notes…It’s been a week and she says sorry for the delay but finally they are on their way!  

It is suppossed to snow here tonight.   I think they are predicting a “White Christmas” here in the mitten state, and it seems to be a popular thing for all these Michiganders… PERSONALLY THE WHOLE BUNDLING UP THING IS NO PICNIC… but no fun Nana has me bundling like an Eskimo!
