T’was the Saturday BEFORE….
Dear Mom and Dad,
It is our last weekend together… before you finish up your job in the land of sand and come back to me.
We had fun these past days, and it is just the beginning of things to come. Today Nana was telling mommy about how we will get to go to the zoo. It will be awesome. I will look forward to that day. Until then… I have decided we will play play play.
I am all about playing these days… getting it in as often as possible ya know that is what its about… fitting in all the fun things life has to offer…. when we can.
Tomorrow I will celebrate my BIRTHDAY with mom and dad, and the family around town here before they leave to go back to the Land of Sand. I am to be PRINCESS FOR THE DAY. Who am I kidding, I plan on being Princess of the Day EVERYDAY!
Until tomorrow, when I plan to eat Birthday Cake and spend the day with family saying good bye to mom and dad, who leave in a few days, this will be our last Sunday until spring… and we hope to make it memorable for both of you mom and dad… Nana and Poppy both realize that getting on the plan later in the week will be very hard… so this our last Sunday brunch for a while, will be nice and special filled thing that you will be able to think about on the plane, and into the Land of Sand….. thoughts that will help you to see how Camp Nana has so much love and so many who support you and daddy. There are many who cannot be there tomorrow in person, who have helped me along the way, and they will be missed. Princess Etta, one of my mini friends from swim class is sick and won’t be there, but we wish that she feels better, and are thinking of her… we will miss that Great Grandma Sally who just had eye surgery recovers too, and hope she knows that we wish she and Grumpy were close enough to meet for breakfast too. One day I will be back in Washington to see her and we will go for eggs like before! Nana has gotten many holiday cards wishing you and daddy good luck on the remaining days in the Land of Sand, and hopes that everyone really knows just how grateful we all are! So until tomorrow Mom and Dad, please know, I am as always,
Your Little Miss Adorable, your daughter,
Guillianna!
