Getting into the swing of things…

Dear Mom and Dad,

Today is Friday, and I have not decided when or where I should give you your little ‘present’.   I may have an good plan, but I am still working on the details.   As a general rule a princess can be quite creative when she wants to be.  I want my present to be something you will remember the whole time you are in Iraq –  so I have to be sure it is just the perfect time. 

We had a great day today… Nana had so many things to get done, and you and Daddy got to do all kinds of stuff with me to make me smile…I bet YOU are TUCKERED OUT.   (Nana is a cheese ball! That makes her smile everytime she says it… she thinks Im a little TUCKETTE!)

Today I went out with Mom and Dad to visit GG-ma, and hang at her place for a while.   I have a Nana, a Mimi, a GG and a Granmonster… Crazy huh!   Lovin it though… Daddy drove me ‘across the river and through the woods’, …. nah, maybe it was  down the highway… and to Farmington Hills… to see GG and Papa Alan!   And yes, I was adored as usual.   I love the car, so I don’t mind going, but my butt gets tired of that position after a while.  

I came back to camp Nana, who by the way, was sooooo far behind in doing some stuff for Poppy, that she missed our dinner date… (something about quiet time and not cooking dinner for 8 and playing …..blah blah blah) but do you know though what that REALLY  means… IT MEANS, NO SINGING, AND A FEW LESS KISSES… which OKAY,  even if I am a princess – can get to be a little much… sometimes Nana kisses me so many times  ‘for all the people who can’t’  that… I confuse her with MR GRIFF.   Rumor has it Mr. Griff, (the St. Bernard) has more slobber and drool than any pet Nana has ever seen… I guess Nana did not have a Nana like her… !   She gives me kisses for  Great Aunt Nori, for  Great Aunt Kris,  Great Aunt Pam,  Great Aunt Karen, Great Aunt Linda, Great Aunt Debbie,  Great Aunt Michelle, etc….. all the Great Uncles, Aunt Samantha, cuz Cody, GG Connie and of course TRIPLE KISSES FROM…. My Mimi AND My Poppa!   THE LIST IS ENDLESS, AND who says she is not taking advantage… I mean how does she know if they all really want to be kissin’ on me…?  Oh yeah, I forgot, I AM  AFTERALL   ‘IRRESISTABLE’…    Well, she means well I guess, but she is a kisser…

So here I am in my DADDY’S GIRL OUTFIT HE PICKED JUST FOR ME….HIS PRINCESS, What do you think?   Cute huh?
