I AM LOVING THIS BACKPACK!
Dear Mom and Dad,
Today is Monday, December 14th. I am resting from a busy day yesterday… and you and dad are making final preparations for the return to the Land of Sand. The count down until your final return will begin soon, and while we can only hope for that day to be in April or May… I am thinking, it means… we have already made it through the longest part of our “duties” apart. Four to five months and we will be at Fort “where ever”. Nana says that she will try to keep www.guillianna.com up and running filling you in on every last detail ALL ABOUT ME, until we meet you at the airport next time….. and maybe for a few days more, until I am on my way back home with you and daddy. She says then it will be your job to send her and the campers love letters from me!
I went to see my cousins and Great Aunt off this morning … and am not clear when we will see each other again. I hope they have a safe flight, and that they are not too tired tomorrow for school. Sadly, we have also had our last ‘Fun Friday’ for a while as Great Grandma and Great Papa will be gone for a while too….we hope they travel safely too.
Yep, things are ‘a changing’… and you know what that means …? Oh, how WONDERFUL for me, more quality one on one time with the SINGING NANA…. 🙁 Thank goodness I can play with my musical instruments now.
It seems I am in for a series of immunizations and vaccinations this week. YUK. Is that anyway to treat Her Majesty? I mean, feed me cake, give me a shot… or two or three… yikes… not fair. Nana says… Life Is Not Always Fair, so I will keep a stiff upper lip and do what I must. I also have many many ‘THANK YOU NOTES to personally write and holiday cards to mail, so the week will be busy as ever and pass quickly.
Good news however, among all the changes – as we are to begin this – the last leg here at Camp Nana, all of the campers will be out of school for a bit. Uncle Nick had finals today, and all my Aunts finished theirs last week. So starting December 20… it will really be LIKE EVERY DAY IS SUNDAY and there will be hands around the camp to help me on Monday through Sunday until the New Year! Woo Woo! Yea, they all still work but, no night classes… so I will be able to play with them evenings. Always fun… always……a party with the campers. Until tomorrow, I hope you will know I am your one year old Little Miss Adorable, your daughter,
Guillianna!
